  • Denis Suarez was officially unveiled as a Barcelona player on Wednesday after they re-signed the Spanish prodigy for £2.7million.
Barcelona sold the 22-year-old to Villarreal last summer but his performances at El Madrigal impressed the Nou Camp hierarchy, who exercised the paltry buy-back clause they inserted in the deal that took Suarez to the Yellow Submarines.
Barca have buy-back clauses on several of their youth graduates including Gerard Deulofeu at Everton, Andreu Fontas at Celta Vigo and Jonathan Dos Santos alongside Suarez.

The former Celta Vigo youth starlet didn't make a first-team appearance for Barcelona during his first stint at the club and will be hoping for more game time in his second spell.

Capable of playing on either wing or behind the striker, Suarez will have fierce competition for a starting berth at Barcelona with the likes of Neymar, Lionel Messi and Arda Turan all vying for a place in Luis Enrique's side.
Neymar put an end to speculation over his future when he signed a new five-year-deal with the Spanish giants last week, and the club are confident Messi will also sign an improved contract this summer.
Suarez is Enrique's second signing of the summer after Lyon defender Samuel Umtiti completed his £20m move last week.
