Borussia Dortmund will consider bids of £70m for Manchester City target Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
Borussia Dortmund have named a price of £68.5million to test their resolve over coveted striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The free-scoring Dortmund forward has been linked with Europe's biggest clubs and was the subject of talks with Manchester City last summer.
Now, the Bundesliga club's chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke says any bids approaching the €80m (£68.5m) mark would spark serious discussion in the BVB boardroom.
Borussia Dortmund will listen to offers of around £70m for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
Aubameyang is widely coveted and clubs will look to test Dortmund's resolve this summer
While Watzke says offers for Aubameyang are not welcomed, he would sit down with the player, club president Reinhard Rauball and sporting director Michael Zorc if their pre-set valuation was tested.
'We can never guarantee that a player will stay with Borussia Dortmund forever, but our strength is to always find new solutions,' the Dortmund chief told Kicker TV.
'With an €80m offer, I would be thinking about Rauball and Zorc. If we had one (an offer), we would have to get together with Pierre-Emerick.
