Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola is a confirmed admirer of the 29-year-old but so is new Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.
City, who also hope to sign Everton's John Stones, insist they have yet to make an offer for Bonucci despite reports emanating from Italy of a £38million bid.
