Liverpool have revealed a bold new look after launching their lime green third kit ahead of the 2016/17 season.
The Anfield club unveiled their new third strip during a live Facebook broadcast from the social media giant's headquarters at Menlo Park, California, close to the Reds' pre-season base in Palo Alto.
Liverpool have based the kit on the programme design for their 2001 UEFA Cup victory over Alaves in Dortmund, with the lime green shirt with grey shoulders described as being 'toxic and thunder' in colour.

Made by New Balance and featuring sponsor Standard Chartered's logo, the kit will be worn with lime green shorts and socks and includes a Hillsborough tribute on the back of the collar.
The shirt also includes the famous Bill Shankly quote 'red for danger, red for power' along the inner neck line and 'Liverpool players must play like a lion' from Gerard Houllier, on the inside of the back hem.
The club's goalkeepers will wear an 'alloy grey' strip when the third kit is required.

The three players and manager Jurgen Klopp were on hand to answer questions at the event
Manager Jurgen Klopp was joined by players James Milner, Simon Mignolet and Adam Lallana for the broadcast, during which they modelled the new kit and took questions from the gathered audience.
Vice-captain Milner said: 'It's definitely an eye catching kit, and it will stand out on the pitch. It's always a thrill to represent LFC and it'll be exciting to wear these colours whilst we do that.
'The key thing for the players is that it's comfortable and this kit is part of a great collection for next year.'
With the club sporting their traditional red home shirt and a black away strip during the coming season, the December 3 visit to Bournemouth could see Klopp's side wear the kit for the first time, although the trip to Crystal Palace on October 29 could perhaps offer an earlier chance to give the shirt its debut.
